Live Scan & Ink Card Fingerprinting
Bring us your Live Scan Service Request form (provided by the organization requesting it) and a valid photo ID, and we can do your Live Scan or Ink Card fingerprinting. We provide blank Fingerprint Cards (FD-258). We are also a Certifix location and accept Certifix accounts. Please verify you have the correct form.
